Projekt "45+: elukestev õpe tantsijana" on suunatud üle 45-aastatele tegevtantsijatele ja koreograafidele Põhja-Euroopa erinevatest riikidest, et kohtuda  ühistel seminaridel ja koreograafia laborites. Koos tehakse treeninguid, uuritakse koreograafilisi tekste, vaadeldakse suundumusi tantsukunstis, vahetatakse ja saadakse kogemusi hakkamasaamiseks tantsukunstnikuna.
